Short and plain. These are the rules for ordering from Exhibit Shelf Hub.

Your order

When you place an order, the goods price and the delivery fee lock. That is the total you pay. We do not charge you anything before the order arrives.

Paying

You pay by M-Pesa to the Exhibit till when the rider is at your door, or at the hub counter for pickup. Never pay a rider in cash or to a personal number. After payment we send you a six-digit code by SMS. The delivery is complete when you read that code to the rider or the counter.

Delivery slots

You choose a one-hour slot. Same-day slots close two hours before they start. If we are more than 30 minutes late past your slot, we waive the delivery fee and text you the new total.

Refused parcels

If you do not take the parcel at the door, nothing is paid and the parcel goes back to the hub. If this happens twice, we may ask you to pay the delivery fee before your next order.

Pickup

Pickup orders wait at the counter for 7 days. After that the items go back to the shelf and the order is closed.

Products

Each product is sold by the brand named on the page. Exhibit runs the shelf, the shop, delivery and payment. If a product arrives damaged, show the rider at the door and refuse it, or write to us within 24 hours.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
