What Exhibit Shelf Hub keeps about you, and why.

What we collect

Your name, your M-Pesa phone number and your delivery area. We need these to deliver the order, send the M-Pesa prompt and text you your code. We do not ask for your exact address until the rider calls you.

Who sees it

Hub staff who pack and dispatch your order. The rider who brings it sees your name, phone number and area for that order only. The seller sees what you bought, not your phone number. Our payment and SMS providers process your number to send the prompt and the texts.

Your bag on this site

Your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place the order. We do not use advertising cookies.

Payment

M-Pesa payments are handled by our payment provider. We keep the M-Pesa reference so we can match your payment to your order. We never see your M-Pesa PIN.

How long

Order records stay for our accounts. Write to hello@exhibit.co.ke to ask what we hold about you or to have your number removed from our records.
