Pick from the shelf
Every product sits on a real shelf at our Nairobi hub. The shelf code tells you where.
Pick your hour
One-hour delivery slots from 9 am to 7 pm, today or tomorrow. Same-day slots close two hours before. Or collect at the counter for free.
Pay when it arrives
Nothing is paid now. The total locks when you place the order. At the door the rider sends an M-Pesa prompt to your phone. Pay the Exhibit till, never the rider.
Read your code
After you pay, a six-digit code comes by SMS. Read it to the rider. That closes the order. Imefika.
Good to know
- If the rider is more than 30 minutes late, your delivery fee is waived and we text you the new total.
- If you do not take the parcel at the door, nothing is paid and it goes back to the hub.
- Pickup orders wait at the counter for 7 days, then go back to the shelf.
- Some sellers offer free or lower delivery. You see that on the product and in your bag.
